If you wish to reserve one room, please fill out the 'standard reservation' form.
Terms & Policies
Casa San Juan in Antigua Guatemala is the perfect place to relax. Please read the information below when making your group reservation:
- Check in & out: Check in 3:00 pm / Check out 1:00 pm.
- Deposit Payment: The credit card number is required to confirme your stay. Please do not send your CC number info by email, we suggest you to call and give your details to the person. Cancellations up to 24 hours before arrival are accepted without penalty. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours, will have a $25 penalty.
- Children Policy: Casa San Juan is geared toward adult guests. While rooms are very spacious, the loft stair design in the property are not suited for small children. Please contact us for more information.
- Pets: Yes, we have two dogs and three cats at the hotel. However, additional pets are not permitted.
- Kitchen : the kitchen is vegetarian.
- Meals: Breakfast is included for your stay. Lunch or dinner must be ordered if you wish at an additional charge.
- House rules: smoking, alcohol, meat or drugs are not allowed.
- Quiet Hours at the hotel: 10PM – 7AM.
- Payments Policy: Payments in cash are accepted in USD or Quetzales, VISA/Mastercard are also accepted. Please note We don't accept American Express or Diner's Club cards.
